Yunis Krylov (Ne100) is an urban artist, graffiti writer, music performer, and cultural organizer actively working within street and urban culture in Azerbaijan. He is the founder of Urban Art Azerbaijan — a community and initiative focused on the development and promotion of street art, public art projects, and contemporary urban cultural practices.

Working under the alias Ne100, Yunis connects independent street culture with public spaces, institutions, and brands, forming a sustainable dialogue between the city, art, and community.
