Urban culture in Azerbaijan has undergone a visible transformation over the past decade. From informal street movements to recognized cultural initiatives, this evolution has been driven by individuals who were able to translate underground energy into sustainable public projects. One of the key figures behind this process is Yunis Krylov, known within graffiti and music culture under the artistic alias Ne100.
Yunis represents a generation of cultural practitioners who built their path from the streets upward — combining artistic authenticity, community leadership, and professional project management.
Yunis Krylov is an urban artist, graffiti writer, music performer, and cultural organizer actively working within street and urban culture in Azerbaijan. His artistic journey began in graffiti — a discipline rooted in direct interaction with the city, often existing outside institutional frameworks and formal recognition.
Over time, this street-based practice evolved into a broader cultural mission: creating legal, visible, and sustainable platforms for urban expression. This transition laid the foundation for Yunis’s long-term work at the intersection of art, community, and city development.
One of the most significant milestones in Yunis’s career was the founding of Urban Art Azerbaijan — a community and initiative focused on the development and promotion of street art, public art projects, and contemporary urban cultural practices.
Urban Art Azerbaijan became a platform that:
united graffiti writers and street artists,
facilitated dialogue with public spaces and institutions,
supported legal mural projects and urban interventions,
contributed to shaping the visual identity of cities in Azerbaijan.
Through this platform, street art evolved from isolated acts into collective cultural practices with public visibility and long-term impact.
Since 2010, Yunis Krylov has actively contributed to the development of youth culture and urban initiatives in Azerbaijan. Over this period, he has organized more than 50 events across disciplines such as graffiti, breakdance, DJing, rap, parkour, beatboxing, and skateboarding.
Among key projects and formats:
graffiti jams and collective mural projects,
urban tournaments and youth competitions,
cultural festivals integrating multiple street disciplines,
international workshops involving foreign artists and practitioners.
A notable milestone was the ALL FOR ONE 2019 project, where participants represented Azerbaijan at an international hip-hop festival in Saint Petersburg and achieved second place — demonstrating the competitiveness and creative potential of the local urban scene on a global level.
An important chapter in Yunis Krylov’s professional development was his work with Red Bull, where he held the position of Student Brand Manager. In this role, Yunis contributed to:
youth and urban culture initiatives,
street culture-focused event mechanics,
community engagement strategies,
brand activations within music, hip-hop, and urban environments.
This experience strengthened his expertise in cultural marketing and brand communication, while maintaining authenticity and respect for independent street culture.
In parallel, Yunis collaborated with CAVAN Youth Movement, a nationwide youth initiative under the Youth Foundation of Azerbaijan. Working as a project manager and cultural practitioner, he contributed to the implementation of educational, cultural, and creative youth programs, further integrating street culture into institutional frameworks.
Beyond his artistic practice, Yunis Krylov has worked as:
project manager,
event organizer,
host,
videographer,
and active participant in hip-hop culture.
This multidisciplinary background allows him to operate simultaneously within creative, production, and managerial environments — a rare combination that bridges grassroots culture with structured organizational processes.
The collaboration between MVP and Urban Art Azerbaijan is rooted in years of shared projects, professional values, and a mutual understanding of how cultural ecosystems are built.
Within the MVP ecosystem, Yunis represents a talent shaped by:
discipline and responsibility,
long-term community engagement,
cultural authenticity,
and the ability to collaborate with brands and institutions without compromising artistic integrity.
This philosophy aligns with MVP’s approach to working with athletes and artists not as media figures, but as individuals who have undergone real paths of development and transformation.
Today, Yunis Krylov continues to work on large-scale mural projects, street art interventions, cultural collaborations, music performances, and urban community initiatives. His work reflects a broader vision where street culture becomes a legitimate and respected part of contemporary cultural ecosystems — connecting the city, its people, and creative expression into a unified urban narrative.
